Thomas Butryn is an agile transformation coach with over 20 years of experience partnering with
leaders across diverse industries including oil & gas majors, healthcare, technology, telecommunications, and
federal & state governments to guide organizational evolution and implementation of enterprise agile
frameworks. Throughout his career, he was worked within and alongside global Fortune 500 companies to
enable improved business outcomes in alignment with strategic goals.
His expertise in agile coaching and digital transformation is informed by longstanding expertise
encompassing emerging evolutions within the field. With experience as a business analyst, iterative
development manager, and product manager, he possesses a depth of understanding that can only be gained
through hands-on involvement from the earliest days of agile. This enables him to partner with enterprises to
drive a genuine, knowledge-based cultural shift that is strengthened by sustained value realization. Thomas holds an MBA and a B.S. in Finance along with numerous professional certifications.
